Michael Knetter, UW Foundation 01/31/17 Rotary Tuesday Speakers Forecasting the economy for 2017 is no easy task, but Mike Knetter is up to the challenge! This is his third appearance at Rotary and he remains one of our most popular speakers. Mike joined the University of Wisconsin Foundation as president and chief executive officer in 2010 after eight years as dean of the Wisconsin School of Business. Prior to joining the UW, he was associate dean of the MBA program and professor of international economics in the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also served as senior staff economist for the President’s Council of Economic Advisors for former presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
